Are you experiencing fear of change?
Avoiding change for fear of betraying family and sometimes friends is one of the most common patterns I’ve seen over the years.
Yes, you consciously want to change and continue to do many things to create change.
But, there’s an unconscious feeling of guilt that will thwart your efforts and choices, until it is resolved.
As children we needed approval in order to survive.
But, you are still carrying old beliefs and fears that were taught to you, and they are controlling your life in big and small ways.
The good news is, a belief can be changed.
You must first be willing to admit you have certain fears and beliefs.
Then you can question them and finally set yourself free from them…if you choose.
Thankfully, these fears leave lots of clues that are pretty easy to spot.
What area or areas of your life do you seem to continuously experience struggle and disappointment?
I’ll share a few common areas and belief patterns.
The human body has always fascinated me. I spent most of my teenage years devouring any information I could find about bodies and how they operate.
I loved reading magazine articles with tips to resolve common ailments and sharing them with my friends and family.Â
Eventually I realized that so many, if not all of our physical ailments are created by trauma, beliefs, and ancestral patterns.Â
I know trauma is a big word, but after years of studying, coaching/healing myself and others, it really is an obvious issue that needs to be addressed.
In order to begin releasing something you must first acknowledge that it even exists.
I know some people love to bury their head in the sand and swear that by avoiding something it makes it go away. I personally have NOT found that to be true. If that really works for you, have at it!
But, if you’d like to have more ease with your physical body and learn some things that have worked for me, keep reading

I sat down to write about family and how our expectations of them determines how they show up in our world.
Then suddenly I was distracted and caught off guard by seeing a ghost in my living room!
It's very normal for me to see ghosts and to communicate with those that have passed on, I’ve been doing that since I was a child…
However; the way this spirit showed up was very different than I had experienced before and I had to stop and go Wooah wtf was that?! LOL!
This experience got me thinking about different ways we are haunted by family and ancestral programming, whether we like it or not. Which contributes to our expectations of family members.
Not all beliefs or experiences are negative but many of the things passed down through families can definitely impact us in undesirable ways.
Science has proven that we all can carry memories from our ancestors at least 12-15 generations back!
Now before you start feeling annoyed and hopeless; I’ve got good news!

Have you used my clearing audios? Whether you have or haven’t yet I’d like to share with you how to use the audios and some of my experiences while using them.
You can actually use them however you like.
Volume up/down, relaxed, active/resting with eyes closed.
Just not when driving or operating heavy machinery.Â
I personally like to play them on low when I do other things.
But, I find it super helpful to set aside 10-15 min and allow myself to really relax, close my eyes and receive.
It can be addictive to just rush through while multitasking and not really paying attention.
That’s ok sometimes.
But I find it is a way that we avoid certain feelings/awareness that we have decided are wrong or uncomfortable.
Guess what; you are going to be uncomfortable when you are changing.
Discomfort is not a bad thing.
As you choose to think and BE differently than you’ve ever been before you may feel wonky, annoyed, and maybe not even quite sure how you feel. Â
I personally lis...
Ok now that your home is completely empty except for a chair, one outfit and your bed...just kidding LOL!
But seriously, I hope you’ve had fun letting go of some things that were taking up space that you really didn’t like or need. And if you are still in the process of clearing clutter, that’s wonderful too!
I felt it was important to mention that you don’t need to fill up every empty space in your home. Or, to even replace all the things you got rid of with new things, even if you love them.
Yes, surround yourself with things you love, but not necessarily that you gave away 5 shirts you hated now you must buy 5 shirts you love.
Our space can get cluttered with things we love too!
We are really just going for balance. Energy moves much smoother when there isn’t so much stuff. And we all want things to move easier and more smoothly in our lives, right?
So how our home looks and feels is symbolic of our life.
Cleaner open space equates to more ease, clarity, and peace in o...
