Body, Friend or Foe?

The human body has always fascinated me. I spent most of my teenage years devouring any information I could find about bodies and how they operate.

I loved reading magazine articles with tips to resolve common ailments and sharing them with my friends and family.

Eventually I realized that so many, if not all of our physical ailments are created by trauma, beliefs, and ancestral patterns.

I know trauma is a big word, but after years of studying, coaching/healing myself and others, it really is an obvious issue that needs to be addressed.

In order to begin releasing something you must first acknowledge that it even exists.

I know some people love to bury their head in the sand and swear that by avoiding something it makes it go away. I personally have NOT found that to be true. If that really works for you, have at it!

But, if you’d like to have more ease with your physical body and learn some things that have worked for me, keep reading

A great place to start is identifying what your current story is.

Are you happy with it?

Do you cringe when you look in the mirror? Picking apart certain features?

Do you like the way you look but find you are always sick or worried about being sick?

When you know your stories you are empowered to change them.

There’s no shame; just an opportunity to choose a different way of being.

And I’ll add that SO many of these beliefs come from your family and childhood experiences.

Regardless of how you developed them, it is your choice to change them if and when you choose!

I’ll share a few of mine from many years ago:

  • Creating chronic fatigue syndrome to fit in and be like my mom and aunt
  • Making myself overweight to protect myself because I did not feel safe being a girl.
  • Feeling that something was wrong with me and I needed to find the solution through doctors. SURPRISE!: I was traumatized and it was creating the ailments.
  • Thinking my body was against me, learning that my consciousness and dominant thoughts actually create how my body is.

Those are just a few of the patterns that dominated my thoughts and life for years.

Those are MY experiences and your experiences with your body may be drastically different.

The point is that if something is going on with your body that you don’t like; you have the power to change it.

You deserve to feel great and have amazing confidence and health your entire life! Check out the Body Love Clearing Audio!
