How to Use Energy Healing Audios

Have you used my clearing audios? Whether you have or haven’t yet I’d like to share with you how to use the audios and some of my experiences while using them.

You can actually use them however you like.

Volume up/down, relaxed, active/resting with eyes closed.

Just not when driving or operating heavy machinery. 

I personally like to play them on low when I do other things.

But, I find it super helpful to set aside 10-15 min and allow myself to really relax, close my eyes and receive.

It can be addictive to just rush through while multitasking and not really paying attention.

That’s ok sometimes.

But I find it is a way that we avoid certain feelings/awareness that we have decided are wrong or uncomfortable.

Guess what; you are going to be uncomfortable when you are changing.

Discomfort is not a bad thing.

As you choose to think and BE differently than you’ve ever been before you may feel wonky, annoyed, and maybe not even quite sure how you feel.  

I personally listened to my new Trauma PTSD clearing every day for 3 weeks recently and experienced the beautiful release of lightness and also times of feeling annoyed and like I didn’t know who I was anymore.

That’s a great thing because I don’t choose to be that version of me carrying around certain traumas.

Side note: this is not about being perfect and we all have varying degrees of trauma. I was consciously choosing to work through deeper traumas that had impacted my physical body.

You get to choose whatever feels right for yourself.

When you truly choose change you are willing to be uncomfortable, you’re willing to do whatever it takes to change whatever it is you are done with!

I created these audios as a way to remind you that you matter, you are supported and that change can happen more quickly and easily than you may think.

Be consistent with listening to them and showing up for yourself in bigger ways each day.

May the audios help guide you to new dimensions and states of being beyond your wildest imagination.
