New Deep Sleep Healing Audio

Are you having trouble sleeping? We all experience times when life is stressful and for whatever reason we aren't able to sleep as well.

But, if you have been experiencing chronic trouble in this area I have good news.

I finally created a sleep healing audio!

Thankfully I sleep very well on average and so I just never thought about creating a clearing around the topic.

Until one of my amazing clients mentioned that they and so many people they know struggle with sleep.

Duh, no idea how I didn’t think of this sooner. But, I guess now is the perfect time :-)

It is estimated that 30% of adults have symptoms of insomnia.

With up to 38% of the population being impacted by sleep apnea.

Whether you are currently having serious sleep issues or just the occasional sleepless night.

It is important to develop good sleep habits.

Not only will you feel better. Studies show that getting good quality sleep greatly reduces your likelihood of developing many common diseases and disorders. Such as, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia.

I have helped quite a few people in private sessions with sleep issues over the years.

And each person’s reason for not sleeping well is very individual. From stress, hormones and traumatic life experiences.

But, even with the different reasons there are common themes I’ve seen that anchor in ongoing bad sleep experiences.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

No matter if you’ve tried so many things to change this.

Don’t give up.

Be open to trying something different and changing a few things in your daily life and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the positive ripple effect in your sleep quality and life.
