Have you ever had one of those days where you just felt weird?
Not necessarily bad, but definitely not good either.
Recently I was having one of those days where I felt caught in a time-warp and everything felt disconnected and like I was walking through one portal after another.
Sounds fun, but can be exhausting!
I have had this happen before, but on this particular day I realized I was aware of multiple things that were slightly new to me.
My own energy, past experiences coming up to release and pre-processing some clearings coming up in the next few days.
If you’ve done any sort of energy work, bodywork, could even be surgeries etc. you may have experienced pre -processing.
The way I would describe it is like feeling spacey and slightly agitated, but nothing in particular has happened to cause it.
You’ve had enough food, rest, and everything is pretty relaxed but there’s a low level of uneasiness in your awareness.
Noticing time passing by faster, or slower, crying one moment, then feeling angry the next… This sounds similar to some descriptions of pms lol.
So if you can’t see any apparent reason for being in a strange mood. Ask yourself these questions:
You are very likely feeling the shifts of timelines, and possibilities based on your current choices to be and have different in your world.
It can feel awkward at first, because you are learning a new way of being and old habits and aspects of yourself are leaving and shifting into the new state of reality.
It doesn’t have to be difficult or take a long time.
But, I have noticed the wonky days happen when there are big shifts happening.
Remember to be gentle with yourself and take time to check in and ask for what you need on those days.
You are dying energetically to your old self.
Which can bring up feelings of grief and even judgment.
Mulling over past choices and experiences.
Thinking I shoulda, woulda, coulda done things differently.
Give yourself a moment to process and get that stuff out of your system. Then fully step into your new identity.
What does that mean?
Be who you want to be. Allow every cell of your being to shift into the version of you who feels, thinks, and behaves as the one who already has the life you say you want.
Just test it out for a day.
Ask yourself what the version of you who’s already living your dream life would do in various situations.
Would I eat this type of food, wear these clothes, use these particular words and tone to express myself?
There’s no wrong answers.
Asking yourself things like this shifts you into that state immediately and you will feel more confident being it consistently.
