Relax and Receive

You’ve probably heard the saying that “what you resist persists.”

But have you really thought about what that means or how resistance could be showing up in your daily life?

I also like to think of it as the watched pot never boils.

Well yes, because you are observing it not boiling and waiting for it to boil.

Which keeps you stuck in the current waiting.

You must take your attention off of the things you want and don’t currently have, in order to disentangle from the state of lack/wanting and trying to get. 

Shift into the focus and feeling that it's’ mine, I’m having that!

Not, oh I want that thing, oh boo I don’t have it, now I’m sad and I’ll just sit here slumped thinking about others that have what I want. 

Or, going in the other direction, super determined to get it no matter what!

But, you’re actually trying to get it the hard way.

Work more, convince others to give it to you etc. 

Instead, convince yourself that you already have it.

There are numerous ways to do that.

But, it is mostly feeling how you’d feel if it was already yours.

You know the answer as to how you’d feel.

So, just let yourself feel it NOW and keep Practicing that feeling because it feels good!

KEY POINT: You are NOT visualizing, affirming, scripting etc. to get something. You are doing those things to enjoy the feeling that you already have it!

You’ve got to let yourself relax and enjoy knowing you can have your desire.

It may not be here in the 3D quite yet but pushing, forcing and trying to make it happen doesn’t help.

Be honest with yourself and notice when and where you are pushing and forcing an outcome.

Remind yourself that this gets to be fun! If it doesn’t feel good, then you are getting off track. 

See, you think you're going to feel better when you get the person or things.

Actually, you must practice feeling good now.

Yes, it really is that simple. And you would spare yourself a lot of stress if you’d just let it be easy.

Stop fighting for your limitations and identify with the YOU that already has your ideal life!
