Have you ever asked yourself how many days it will take you to recover from a social outing?
I sure have.
It was an absolute necessity for me the past few years.
Simple things like going to visit my friend and walking to the stables to pet her horses would take me 3 days to recover physically.
To be fair, I was still healing from a very painful accident. But, it caused me to be way more selective with my time when I realized what it would cost me to do certain things.
Even if you aren’t in pain or exhausted it’s still important to notice where you’re expending your energy.
Yes, you’re an amazing multi dimensional being. But, your body can only be in one place at a time…

Sure you may want to do certain things but don’t have the time or energy.
So what, do you just force yourself to go?
Then suffer in silence if you missed sleep, or now have extra work to catch up on?
