The Good from Ancestors

What if you could receive memories from your ancestors?

Well, science is just now beginning to prove what I have known and witnessed for years.

That we do carry cellular memories from our ancestors. 

Much of my work over the years has involved healing or releasing traumatic and unwanted information.

But, have you ever wondered what beautiful memories and abilities your ancestors were blessed with? And if those are passed down to you too?

There’s so much focus on the “bad things” that need to be healed, which is very helpful.

But, wouldn’t it make sense that we would receive the good from our lineage too?

Absolutely!

Some things you may have already witnessed in your family. Perhaps you are all great cooks, musicians, or very athletic.

Some of these things could easily be attributed to watching a family member and learning those skills, but very often we have inherent gifts that are naturally there without being directly taught.

You could do some research and you may find one or multiple people from your family had those same skills!

But, if you don’t want to do genealogy or hunt down distant relatives to tell you stories about the good ole days.

It's easy and fun to tap into all the information that resides within you.

It is always available to you, you can ask for insights, information and practice playing and receiving from everyone.

On top of amazing skills and talents, I love to receive love and support from my ancestors.

I am still practicing this and find that each time I am open to the immense kindness and love that is always there for me; I feel more peaceful and purposeful in my life.

You can visualize or experience this however you like. I’ll share how I often like to witness it

Receiving Exercise:

  1. Close your eyes, Take a slow deep breath
  2. Relax as you expand your awareness out as far as you can, and even a little further.
  3. Imagine being surrounded by your family/ancestors. Some you know who may have passed on and many more you don’t know
  4. Notice if you feel relaxed or resistant. Take another deep breath as you receive energies from all around you. 
  5. Perhaps you feel the energy or see it. It may have a color, feel cool, tingly. 
  6. Continue to let the energies flow to you for as long as you feel inspired. 
  7. When you’re done, take another deep breath, open your eyes and notice the shift.

You might feel lighter, happier, or have some insightful energy.

Each time you do this exercise you’ll get more comfortable, loved and supported.
